Bay Area Bicycle Rental has arrived! We’re a small, local business owned and operated by three friends (meet our team here), and we’re obsessed with making sure visitors and locals can enjoy cycling in the Bay Area on a top-of-the-line bike — without having to worry about any logistics.

We provide titanium road bikes with Shimano Di2 electronic shifting perfect for a weekend of exploring, long rides with friends, local club rides and races, a road bikepacking trip, or just trying out great equipment before deciding to purchase. Our rentals include the bike plus a helmet, a hand pump, and flat tire repair supplies.

Some of our renters just need a bike for a day or a long weekend — and they can enjoy our competitive pricing — but the majority of our customers rent for between one to six weeks, taking advantage of the discounted rates we offer for longer-term rentals. We also offer the option to add on a floor pump rental for those who plan to cover a lot of miles while they’re in town.

Unlike carbon bikes, our titanium rigs can handle bags strapped straight to the frames. Plus, the frames have eyelets for rear racks, so you can load them up with ample gear. The geometry of our bikes is designed specifically for endurance riding, so they’re ready to take you on a tour of any duration. The titanium construction, carbon fork, and high-end components mean the bicycles are still light and agile even when loaded for a bike tour.
